Glen Allen, VA, November 21, 2022 – United Restaurant Group is delighted to welcome their newest General Manager, Eric Johnson, who will run the operation at their Williamsburg TGI Fridays restaurant.

Originally from Clinton, MD, Eric moved to Virginia in 2020, where he started working in the hospitality industry. With unmatched drive and a willingness to learn, Eric excelled and soon became one of the youngest GMs at Papa Johns. Following his time at Papa Johns, he became the Food Service Director at the Walter Reed Military Hospital. After several years at the hospital, Eric returned to the private sector to work for Chic-Fil-A as a Foodservice Director. In 2020, he joined Applebees as the GM in Newport News, where he sharpened his skills in the casual dining arena.

Married and a father of 3 boys. He enjoys watching football and rooting for his New York Giants.
